You have a claim or dispute with some one. The word 'dispute' is a general term for a misunderstanding between parties. It's impossible to prevent all disputes, but you can choose to resolve them quickly or slowly, depending on the method.

Any procedure in public court is very lenghty. For this reason, some parties prefer arbitration to save time and money.

The three basic steps:

3. To follow up my dossiers
