APPEAL

To preserve a fundamental right the Standard Rules Dispute allow the parties to waive their right to a second degree only, informed consent, after the dispute arose.

Common sense tells us:

1. that the arbitrator is not a superior being that is free from any error

2. that we must not induce a party to condemn leave default and then seek its annulment by a public court.

Either party has the right to appeal within 30 calendar days after the postmarked date of the registered notification of the award of first instance.
