You've received a request for conciliation, arbitration or a notification.
In general, a dispute does not arise suddenly, without knowing the other party. Often misunderstandings or disputes between you and the plaintiff already existed.

Any procedure at a public Court is very lenghty. For this reason the parties may prefer conciliation or arbitration to save time and money.

The three basic steps:

1. Calmly analyze the request

2. Answer in time

3. Follow-up your dossier
